About Rajasthan SSO
One SSO ID opens hundreds of Rajasthan government apps, from recruitment forms and scholarships to Jan Aadhaar services and bill payment. Rajasthan Single Sign-On (RajSSO) at sso.rajasthan.gov.in is that common login, built and hosted by the Department of Information Technology and Communication (DoIT&C), Government of Rajasthan.
Citizens and businesses register with Jan Aadhaar or Google, and government staff with their employee ID. A Citizen SSO ID reaches the G2C and G2B apps only; a Govt. SSO ID also opens the G2G apps.

Look at the RajSSO status card here. It shows whether sso.rajasthan.gov.in is answering, along with reports from other SSO ID users. When reports come in from many districts together, the RajSSO server itself is down.
Common reasons:
- Planned maintenance. RajSSO shows a notice on the sign-in page before it goes offline for a set window.
- A wrong SSO ID or password.
- SSO itself is fine, but the app you opened inside it, such as the Recruitment Portal, is down.
- The whole site is down for everyone.
- Open sso.rajasthan.gov.in and click Register here.
- Choose Citizen/ Udhyog or Govt. Employee.
- Citizens verify with Jan Aadhaar or Google; employees use their employee ID.
- Enter the OTP. Your SSO ID is created once the details are checked.
If your mobile number is not in Jan Aadhaar, the OTP can go to the head of family's mobile instead.
Sign-in page par I Forgot my Digital Identity (SSOID) dabaiye aur wahi option chuniye jo registration ke time liya tha. SSO ID registered mobile ya email par aa jayegi. SMS se bhi milti hai: registered mobile se RJ SSO likh kar 92231 66166 par bhejiye.
Click I Forgot my Password on the sign-in page and verify with your mobile, personal email or Aadhaar. The new password comes to your registered mobile or email. By SMS, send RJ SSO PASSWORD to 92231 66166 from the registered mobile. The SMS route works only if you have logged in to SSO at least once since 7 September 2018.
A Govt. SSO ID is made with the employee ID and opens both the G2G apps for staff and the citizen apps. A Citizen SSO ID opens the G2C and G2B apps only. Aadhaar, Jan Aadhaar, mobile number and email can each be linked to just one SSO ID.
First check whether RajSSO itself is up on this page. If you can sign in but the Recruitment Portal will not load, the trouble is in that app, and the recruitment helpdesk handles it. RPSC and RSSB forms are filled through it, and its number and email are on our Rajasthan SSO helpline page.
