About Poshan Tracker
Poshan Tracker is the Ministry of Women and Child Development's app and portal under Mission Poshan 2.0. Anganwadi workers use it to register and track pregnant women, lactating mothers, children up to 6 and adolescent girls, and to record Take Home Ration (THR).
The Android app works in 24 languages. Beneficiaries have their own login on poshantracker.in, and supervisors, CDPOs and DPOs follow the reports.

Questions
Our Poshan Tracker card checks poshantracker.in and counts reports from Anganwadi workers and supervisors. When reports come in from many districts at once, the service is down for all. If only your phone is stuck, restart the app and check your connection.
The app installs only on Android phones and runs smoothly on Android 6.0 and above, so an older phone can show it as not supported.
Also check your app version, shown in the More section below Logout, and update it from the Play Store.
Login page par Forgot MPIN/Password dabaiye aur AWC mein registered mobile number daaliye.
OTP aane par use bhariye, phir naya MPIN banane ka option khulega.
- The CDPO or Supervisor registers and activates the worker's mobile number in the AWC profile.
- On the login page, tap Forgot MPIN/Password.
- Enter the OTP sent to that number and set the MPIN.
Google Play Store par Poshan Tracker search karke install kariye. Kisi aur anjaan platform se download na kariye. App sirf Android phone par chalta hai.
Yes, but only for daily tracking. Offline mode stores the data of the last 5 days, so connect to the internet regularly.
Four: a mother and three children. A father's or guardian's Aadhaar can be used for three children. The message Aadhaar already exists means that Aadhaar is registered at another Anganwadi Centre.
Ask for the photo to be captured again, call the POSHAN helpline, and tell the Supervisor or CDPO. Children below 6 do not need face recognition: their THR goes on the face check of the mother, father or guardian.
Beneficiaries use Beneficiary Redressal under Helpdesk on poshantracker.in to create a ticket or check its status. Problems with the app itself go through State Helpdesk. The helpline number is on our Poshan Tracker helpline page.
