About INC NRTS
Nurses across India enrol, register and renew through NRTS, the Nurses Registration and Tracking System of the Indian Nursing Council (INC). Each nurse gets a NUID, a Nurse Unique Identification Number, and the State Nursing Registration Councils (SNRCs) verify and approve every application on the portal.
NRTS also issues primary registration and renewal certificates, reciprocal registrations and NOCs. When it is down, logins, OTPs and certificate downloads all stop.

Login, OTP, payment and certificate download all run on one portal for every state council. If the portal is down, all of them fail together.
If only your OTP is missing, NRTS suggests setting up Google Authenticator under Profile, then 2FA Authentication, so you can make the OTP on your phone.
Open Check your NRTS Application Status under Quick Links on the NRTS home page and verify yourself with the OTP. Your full application history and any pending action appear there.
Use Download Primary Registration Certificate in Quick Links, or log in and open Profile / NUID on your dashboard. The renewal certificate and NUID passbook come from the application status page. You can download them any number of times.
NUID is the Nurse Unique Identification Number, issued once your record is processed in NRTS.
Enrolment is not a licence. Your State Nursing Registration Council gives the RN or RM number, which is the licence to practise, and also handles renewals.
