We check nmmc.gov.in and gather reports from Navi Mumbai residents. Many reports at once mean the NMMC site is down. Seva Hami services sit on a separate site, app.nmmconline.in, so check that address on its own.
For tax payments, the site needs browser pop-ups enabled, or the BillDesk payment window will not open.
A payment can also take 2 to 3 business days to show on your ledger, so a recent payment may look missing even when it went through.
Open Property Tax on nmmc.gov.in and search with your property number.
You can pay by UPI, RuPay card, net banking, NEFT, RTGS or QR code, and other debit and credit cards work through BillDesk. To see or pay the bill on WhatsApp, send Hi to 8291920504.
Open Water Tax on nmmc.gov.in, search with your consumer details and pay online. The same payment modes as property tax apply.
Wait 2 to 3 business days, as NMMC says settlements can take that long to reach the ledger. Keep the transaction reference, and call 1800 222 309 if it still does not show.
NMMC has 25 Citizen Facilitation Centres, one at each ward office and one at the head office in CBD Belapur. They offer 131 services and accept fees only in cash, by cheque or by DD.
