About Ni-kshay

TB cases in India, from government hospitals and private clinics alike, are entered on Ni-kshay (Ni for end, Kshay for TB). It is the patient management system of the National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme (NTEP), built by the Central TB Division of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare with NIC and the WHO India office.

Health workers use it to register patients, order lab tests, record treatment and transfer cases. Ni-kshay is also India's national TB surveillance system, and it hosts Ni-kshay Mitra, the community support drive for TB patients.

Start from nikshay.in Open Login from the Ni-kshay home page so you land on the correct Nikshay Ecosystem sign-in.
Check the user name Ni-kshay logins belong to health staff and facilities, so use the user name issued for your facility.

Ni-kshay's login is checked on a schedule, and the result sits in the status card with reports from health workers, labs and private providers. If reports rise sharply across states, the fault lies with Ni-kshay, not your network.

Ni-kshay now signs users in through a common Nikshay Ecosystem login at sso.nikshay.in. If that login page fails, the main portal and its reports stop opening too.
