About MP Bhulekh
Madhya Pradesh keeps its land records on MP Bhulekh, the Bhu Abhilekh portal of the Commissioner Land Records, Revenue Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh. Khasra, Khatauni, B-1 and Adhikar Abhilekh for every village sit here, along with the map sheet a plot falls on.
The portal people use today is WebGIS 2.0, which puts the written record and the map on one screen. A search runs down district, tehsil and village first, then the plot or khasra number or the owner name. A 14-digit ULPIN or the owner's Samagra ID reaches the same parcel in one step.
What the portal adds over a plain lookup is the digitally signed certified copy, issued for a fee and usable as proof, with delivery on WhatsApp if you ask for it there.

It is usually one of two things. The site itself can crawl or time out, and nothing on your side fixes that one. Or the site is fine and the record does not come up, because the tehsil or village chosen is not where the plot sits, or the captcha went in wrong.
Work down the list in order: district, then tehsil, then the village with its LGD code, and only then the plot number or the owner name. Every list fills from the choice above it, so one wrong pick higher up ends in an empty result with no error to explain it. Enter the captcha again as well, since one wrong letter ends the same way.
Search the village by owner name, or by the owner's Samagra ID. A ULPIN, the 14-digit parcel number printed on newer copies, reaches the plot in one step. The khasra number itself is on an old B-1 or khasra copy, on the sale deed, and with the patwari.
