About MeeSeva Telangana
MeeSeva, Telugu for 'at your service', is the Government of Telangana's single portal for citizen services, run by the Electronic Services Delivery (ESD) wing of the ITE&C Department. Through it you can apply for revenue certificates and pay for services of departments such as RTA, GHMC, TGSPDCL, HMWSSB, Registration and Police.
Most people use it through a nearby MeeSeva centre. Citizens can also register on the portal and track any application with its application number.

Questions
The MeeSeva card on this page checks the Telangana portal and counts reports from citizens and centre operators. When reports pour in from many districts together, the state portal is the problem. If only your centre is stuck, its own connection may be at fault.
Load is one cause. Centres across Telangana work on the same portal all through the day.
Many requests also go to a department's own system, such as Webland for land records or CARD for registration. When that system is slow, the service stalls even though MeeSeva itself opens.
Use Know Your Application Status on the MeeSeva home page. Enter the application number from your MeeSeva receipt. Birth and death certificates in the GHMC area have their own status link, which goes to the GHMC site.
Yes, for many services. Register as a New User on the MeeSeva home page, log in, and search for the service under the department, such as Revenue, RTA, GHMC or Registration. If a service is not offered online, a MeeSeva centre can file it.
Open MeeSeva Centres, then Map View, on the MeeSeva portal. The same menu lists the Authorized Service Providers. Carry the documents the service needs.
Use Forgot Password under the login box on the home page. If the page will not load at all, wait and try again, because a portal-wide outage also blocks the login.
