LazyPay Private Limited, part of the PayU group, runs the app. The credit itself comes from its lending partner PayU Finance India Private Limited, a non-banking finance company. The app also offers XpressLoan cash loans, BillPay for bills and insurance.

Option missing at checkout Open the app and check your available limit and any unpaid bill. Clear the dues, then try the checkout again or try another app.
Repayment will not go through Pay from the LazyPay tab in the app with Pay Now. UPI avoids the 2-3% convenience fee plus GST that cards and net banking carry. Keep the payment confirmation.
Aadhaar OTP or KYC stuck Aadhaar sends the OTP only to the number linked with your Aadhaar, so check that link and your signal. If the captcha does not load, UIDAI has failed to create it; retry the KYC after some time.
OTP not coming by SMS For high-value payments, LazyPay shows the OTP inside the app instead. The SMS then carries a link that opens the app. Install the app if you do not have it.

Pay with UPI or a card instead At a checkout where LazyPay keeps failing, pay by UPI or a card and finish the order. You can use LazyPay again once it recovers.
Repay as soon as any route works If the app will not open near the 3rd or the 18th, pay as soon as any route works. Penal charges start the day after the pay-by date. If you have done KYC and have partial payments, even a part payment before that date stops them.
Ask the merchant about the order LazyPay does not handle the order itself, so a refund or cancellation goes through the store. Where an order half went through, ask the store whether it stands before paying a second time. Refunds show in your LazyPay transaction history.
