The support addresses moved. LazyPay is run by PayU Finance India, and its current escalation matrix routes everything through payufin.com mailboxes, so the older lazypay.in addresses still floating around on directory sites are the wrong place to write.

First-line queries go to the customer service line and mailbox, then to the Grievance Redressal Officer, then to the Principal Nodal Officer, who publishes a direct number for weekday hours. Keep your registered mobile number and the billing cycle date ready.

No one at LazyPay will ask for an OTP or a UPI PIN to clear a due, and a genuine repayment never goes to a personal account or a QR code sent over WhatsApp.
