Kissht is a personal loan app, repaid in monthly EMIs, run by OnEMI Technology Solutions Limited of Mumbai. Loans are financed by Si Creva Capital Services Private Limited and other lending partners, and the same loans can also be managed in the group's Ring app.

A new loan comes with a 3-day cooling off period. EMIs are auto-debited through an e-mandate on your bank account, and paying online at least 12 hours before the due date stops that month's auto-debit.

If Kissht isn't working

EMI due today Pay through the payment link in the app or on Kissht's EMI payment site, and keep the receipt. Do not let an outage turn into a late payment.
Application not moving Check whether documents or bank verification are pending before assuming a fault. Do not apply again while the first application is still open.
Login failing Use your registered mobile number, check that the OTP is not being filtered, and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Changed your mind on a loan? You can cancel a disbursed loan within the 3-day cooling off period with no foreclosure charge. After that, foreclosure is available in the app, with charges as per your KFS.

Other ways to access Kissht

Use the EMI payment portal Kissht's EMI payment site, pay.kissht.com, takes an EMI on the web without the app.
Use the Ring app Kissht loans also show in the group's Ring app under LOANS, with the EMI amount, due date and a payment link. Log in there if the Kissht app will not open.
Loan from another lending partner? For a loan financed by another lender, foreclosure follows that lender's policy. If you cannot reach that lender, write to [email protected] and Kissht's team will get its customer care details for you.

Count the Kissht reports on this page. When many borrowers report together, the app itself has a problem. If only your loan is stuck, look for a pending review, a document request or a message from your bank.

The trouble shows up in three places: an application stuck in review, a disbursal not arriving, or an EMI payment that fails. A loan held for documents or a credit check looks like a broken app but is not an outage. Check the LOANS section in the app for its status first.

Not necessarily. An application waits on documents, bank verification or the credit team's approval, and it is rejected if the profile does not meet the lenders' criteria. Video KYC can need your original PAN card. Do not apply again; raise it with support on the phone, email or WhatsApp and quote your application reference.

Pay again through the payment link in the app's LOANS section or on Kissht's EMI payment site, and save the receipt. Late payment carries a penalty shown in your KFS, so close it out quickly. If the failed payment was debited, Kissht says the bank refunds it, mostly at once or within 3 to 7 working days.

Start with customer care by call, email, live chat or WhatsApp. If that does not settle it, ask the desk for a callback from the Customer Service Manager. Kissht's grievance page sets out the later levels, and when a loan complaint can go to the RBI's Sachet portal.
