About Kissht

Kissht lends small ticket personal and business loans through an app, largely to borrowers who are new to formal credit. It is operated by OnEMI Technology Solutions, a Mumbai company that went to the market with an IPO in 2026.

Alongside the loan product it runs merchant EMI at checkout and a separate payments app called Ring, while the lending itself sits with Si Creva Capital Services, the group NBFC.

Applications stuck at the final stage and delayed disbursals are what borrowers complain about most. The app is busiest around month-end EMI dates.

If Kissht isn't working

EMI due today Pay through the EMI portal or any other working route, and save the receipt. An outage should not be allowed to become a late mark on your credit record.
Application not moving Check whether documents or verification are pending before assuming a fault. Reapplying creates a second file and slows things down further.
Login failing Use the registered mobile number, check that the OTP is not being filtered and try switching between wifi and mobile data.
Avoid month end if you can The app is at its busiest when EMI dates cluster. Paying a day or two ahead sidesteps the worst of it.

Use the EMI payment portal Kissht runs a separate web portal for repayments, which often stays up when the app is struggling.
Raise a ticket through the support desk The web ticket form works independently of the app and gives you a reference number to quote later.
Pay the lending partner directly Where the loan sits with the group NBFC, its own channels can accept a repayment during an app outage.

Load is the usual answer around month end, when EMI dates cluster and everyone opens the app at once. The other common cause is not an outage at all, an application that has been paused for documents or a limit under review will look like a broken app even when the service is running normally.

Rarely. Applications hold at document checks, bank verification or a credit decision, and none of those is an outage. If the screen has not moved for a couple of days, raise a ticket with the application reference rather than reapplying.

Settle it through the EMI portal or any other working route at the earliest, and save the confirmation. A debit against a failed payment reverses on its own, usually within a few working days, but a missed EMI is worth closing out quickly because it reflects on your credit record.

Its grievance page sets out three levels, each with a named officer and a direct number. Start at customer care, move up to the grievance redressal officer, and after that the nodal officer. Thirty days without a resolution opens the RBI Sachet portal as the route beyond the company.
