On Kaveri 2.0, open Guideline Value from the top menu. The home page also has Know the SRO where you can register, by district, taluk, hobli and village.

No. RTC and other land records are on Bhoomi, the Revenue Department's land records portal, and rural property records are on E-Swathu. Kaveri 2.0 links to both.

About Kaveri Online

Kaveri Online, now Kaveri 2.0, is the online service portal of the Department of Stamps and Registration, Government of Karnataka. Property documents, both agricultural and non-agricultural, and marriages are registered through it at every Sub Registrar Office (SRO) in the state.

Citizens use it to search and download the Encumbrance Certificate (EC) and certified copies (CC), check the guideline value of a property, verify a registered document and buy a digital e-stamp. It links to Bhoomi for land records and E-Swathu for rural property records.
