About JharSewa

JharSewa is Jharkhand's e-District portal, where citizens apply for certificates such as caste, income, residence, birth, death and EWS, and for social security pensions. JAP-IT, the state's designated agency, runs it in Ranchi.

You can apply online, at a Pragya Kendra (CSC), or in person at the office. JharSewa also links land record services such as Know your Khata, Register II and online mutation, and lets anyone verify an issued certificate with its reference number and token.
