About Jharbhoomi
Land records in Jharkhand are online on Jharbhoomi, the portal of the Department of Revenue, Registration and Land Reforms, Government of Jharkhand, built with NIC. Anyone can view Register-II (the jamabandi register), khata and khesra details and the land bank without signing in.
Online mutation (dakhil kharij) and land demarcation need a login with your email ID, and the Application Status menu tracks them. Land rent, or lagan, is paid on the separate Online Lagan portal, and village maps open on Jharbhunaksha.

Are users in other Jharkhand districts reporting it? Reports from many districts together mean the Jharbhoomi server is down. If only your khata is missing, check the circle or mauza you chose.

Choose the halka again A khata shows only under the mauza it belongs to. Go back one step if the mauza list comes up empty.

Search by khesra instead Many times the khata number finds nothing. Then try the khesra (plot) number, or the other way round.

Open Online Lagan directly Rent payment runs on jharbhulagan.jharkhand.gov.in. Type it in yourself if the link from Jharbhoomi hangs.

Reset the password for mutation Online applications need your registered email ID and password. Use Reset Password on the login page if sign-in fails.

Fix a wrong entry on Parishodhan A wrong name, area or plot number in the digitised khatian or Register-II is corrected through the Parishodhan portal, which also tracks the request.

Check the live reports on this page. When many people across Jharkhand report it at the same time, the Jharbhoomi server itself is failing. If the site opens but one khata shows nothing, pick the district, circle (anchal), halka and mauza again.
The portal slows down when many people search records at once. Jharbhoomi is also linked to separate sites: rent payment runs on Online Lagan, maps on Jharbhunaksha and record corrections on Parishodhan. One of them can fail while the main site still opens.
Open Register-II Dekhein in the Jharbhoomi menu. Choose your district and circle, then the halka and mauza, and search by khata number or khesra (plot) number. Viewing the register needs no login and no fee.
Open Online Aavedan, register with your email ID and log in. Online mutation (dakhil kharij), land demarcation and DCLR appeals are filed from there, and the login page has user guides for each, including a video for mutation. To track an application, open Aavedan Sthiti and click your district on the map, then your circle.
Use the Online Lagan portal, jharbhulagan.jharkhand.gov.in, linked from Jharbhoomi's home page. It shows your dues (bakaya) and past payments, takes the payment online and has a payment status check. It is a separate site, so it may work while Jharbhoomi is down, or the other way round.
