About Jan Aadhaar
Jan Aadhaar is Rajasthan's family ID: one 10-digit number for the family and an 11-digit ID for each member. The Rajasthan Jan Aadhaar Authority, under the state Planning Department, runs it, and the state uses it to pay scheme benefits straight to families.
Families enrol, do e-KYC, edit details and download the e-card through their own Raj SSO ID or at an e-Mitra kiosk.

Our Jan Aadhaar card checks the portal and counts reports from families and e-Mitra operators. When reports jump together, the portal is down across Rajasthan. Just your report? Log out of SSO, log back in and try again.
Most Jan Aadhaar work passes through three systems: Raj SSO for login, Aadhaar OTP for authentication, and NPCI for the bank check. If any one is slow, enrolment, e-KYC or the e-card stalls.
The portal home page can open fine while one of these is stuck.

Open Jan Aadhaar Status on the portal and enter the enrolment ID or Jan Aadhaar ID. No login is needed. After logging in, the Jan Aadhaar app in your SSO or at an e-Mitra shows it too.
Log in with your SSO ID and use Family eKYC on the Jan Aadhaar portal, or go to an e-Mitra. The head of family and every member above 5 years must do Aadhaar e-KYC.
A child under 5 does it with a Rajasthan birth certificate, or with Aadhaar if born outside the state.

Use your own SSO ID or an e-Mitra. Finish Aadhaar e-KYC first, as no edit goes through without it. Changes are checked at two levels, by the Village Development Officer or Executive Officer and then the Block Statistical Officer or Sub Divisional Officer.
Check whether e-KYC of the head of family or a member is still pending, or the head's bank details are missing. Update those and the ID follows. If the status reads Bank NPCI pending, wait for NPCI to verify the account.
