Uttar Pradesh's Stamp and Registration Department runs igrsup.gov.in, known as IGRS UP. Property registration, property search, the circle rate list, marriage registration and stamp duty refunds all start here.

The Inspector General of Registration heads the department from Prayagraj, with a camp office in Lucknow. Registration itself is done at the sub-registrar office of each tehsil.

The department takes the site down for planned server maintenance and posts the dates and times as a notice on the home page. Check that first.

Industrial property registration runs through Nivesh Mitra, and e-stamps through the SHCIL e-stamp site, so a fault there can stall your work even when igrsup.gov.in opens.

No. igrsup.gov.in is the Stamp and Registration Department's portal for registration and stamp work. Jansunwai (jansunwai.up.nic.in) is the UP government's public grievance portal. The department sends online complaints about its own offices there.
