About IGRS AP
IGRS AP is the online portal of the Registration and Stamps Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, headed by the Inspector General of Registration and Stamps. It covers property documents, marriages, firms, societies and chit funds.
Citizens use it for the encumbrance certificate (EC) and certified copies (CC), market values, stamp duty and fee calculation, and searches by document number or property. Registrations are completed at the Sub-Registrar's office (SRO), which the portal helps you find.

Our IGRS AP card checks registration.ap.gov.in and gathers user reports from Andhra Pradesh. Many reports at once mean the portal is down. If only the EC download fails, the EC service may be slow while the rest works.

If many users report the same failure, the portal or its EC service is down. Retry later.
Open EC and CC Service on IGRS AP. Choose EC For Information Only for a quick look, or Signed EC for a signed copy. The portal says no physical visit is needed. User manuals for EC and CC are on the same page.
Use Signed CC under the EC and CC Service. Keep the document number, year and SRO name ready.
