About HSVP
HSVP, the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran, develops and manages the planned urban sectors of Haryana: plots, flats, water and sewer lines. It was set up in 1977 under the Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, and many of its estate offices still carry the HUDA name. Its urban estates run from Panchkula and Karnal to Gurugram, Faridabad and Hisar.
On hsvphry.org.in allottees log in to the Allottee Corner, pay plot dues and water bills, check plot status and take part in e-auctions. The Housing Wing, formerly Housing Board Haryana, now works from the same site.

Our status card tests the HSVP Allottee Corner and shows what allottees in Gurugram, Faridabad, Panchkula and other urban estates are reporting. A burst of reports at once means the trouble is on hsvphry.org.in, not on your phone.
Water bills, plot payments, Allottee Corner and e-auctions sit on separate HSVP portals. One can be down while the main hsvphry.org.in site still opens, so note which one fails when you report.
If all of them fail for many people at once, wait and try again later.
- Pick the Site Code printed on your bill, such as Gurgaon I or Panchkula I.
- Enter your consumer number.
- Check the bill and pay.
Use Plot Status Enquiry on hsvphry.org.in. Choose your urban estate, then the sector, enter the plot number and tap Search. It shows the current allotment and possession status.
Use the username and password HSVP gave you as an allottee. If you do not have them, apply through Get Allottee UserId and Password under Online Services. The Allottee Corner is where you manage allotment details and ask for data corrections.
