Old age, widow and disability pensions in Bihar reach bank accounts through eLabharthi, the Bihar government's DBT pension payment portal. Pensioners check payment status there and print the life certificate made through Jeevan Pramaan at a CSC.
eLabharthi covers six schemes: the central Indira Gandhi old age, widow and disability pensions under NSAP, and Bihar's own social security, Laxmi Bai and state disability pensions. Accounts are verified through PFMS before payment. NIC's Bihar unit built the portal.

- Choose the financial year.
- Search by Beneficiary No, Account No, Aadhaar No or SSPMIS ID.
Use Print Life Certificate on the eLabharthi home page and search with your Beneficiary No or Aadhaar No. The life certificate itself is made through Jeevan Pramaan at your nearest CSC.
eLabharthi lists three common causes:
- No life certificate: get Jeevan Pramaan done at your nearest CSC, or the pension can be stopped.
- Aadhaar not seeded with your bank account: DBT under central schemes can stop.
- No Aadhaar number on record: update it through your district ADSS office.
Dono alag hain. Bank khate mein sirf Aadhaar link hona kaafi nahi hai; khata Aadhaar se seeded hona chahiye, warna central yojanaon ka DBT ruk sakta hai. Apne bank jaakar Aadhaar seeding ki sthiti zaroor check karwaiye.
Six schemes. Three are central NSAP pensions: Indira Gandhi National Old Age, Widow and Disability Pension. The other three are Bihar's own Social Security Pension, Laxmi Bai Social Security Pension and Bihar State Disability Pension.
Not yourself. Once PFMS has accepted an account, only the district login can update it, so contact your block or district social security office with the new account details.
