About e-Sathi UP
To apply online for an income, caste or domicile certificate in Uttar Pradesh, you first register on e-Sathi, the online citizen services portal of e-District UP. You apply through that registered account, and download the certificate from it once the application is disposed of.
e-Sathi is owned by the state's IT and Electronics Department and was developed by the NIC Uttar Pradesh state unit in Lucknow. If it is down, new registrations, logins, status checks and downloads stop.

We check the e-Sathi citizen login on a schedule, and the status card shows it with reports from applicants in Lucknow, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur and other districts. A wave of reports together means the portal is at fault.
e-Sathi shows an alert when your browser's Data Saver is on: turn it off and reload the page. That fixes a blank or half-loaded login screen.
If the page still fails for many users, the portal itself is down. Give it some time and come back.
Click New User Registration (navin upyogkarta panjikaran) on the login page and fill in your details. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile to finish a new registration, then log in with your user ID and password.
Click Track Status on the e-Sathi login page and enter your application or reference number. You do not need to log in for this.
Log in to your registered e-Sathi account. Once your application is disposed of, the certificate or disposal letter is available to download from the same account.
Use Certificate Verification on the e-Sathi login page and enter the application number. It works only for online integrated services.
