e-Kalyan is Jharkhand's scholarship portal, run by the Department of ST, SC, Minority and Backward Class Welfare, Government of Jharkhand. Students from ST, SC and backward class families apply here for pre-matric and post-matric scholarships.
Students register once with Aadhaar, get a user ID and password on their mobile or email, then pick the scheme and apply. Schools and colleges register on the same portal to verify applications. Registrations for 2026-27 are open for both pre-matric and post-matric scholarships.

Registration also needs your Aadhaar number, and the login details come by SMS or email. A delay there can look like a portal problem.

Har saal ki tithi e-Kalyan ke Services and Schedule page par hoti hai, pre-matric aur post-matric ke liye alag. Abhi 2026-27 ke liye dono ka registration khula hai. Antim tithi Notice Board par dekhein.
