Answer: No e-HRMS issues reported in the last 24 hours, and it responded normally at our last check on 24 Oct 2026, 4:09 AM IST.
Our automated check runs from one or more locations and may miss in-app problems; reports come from users across India. We only call something "down" when users confirm it too. Here's how we check.

About e-HRMS
Leave, claims, pay records and annual appraisals for central government staff now run through e-HRMS 2.0, the electronic Human Resource Management System of the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).
The portal is managed by Karmayogi Bharat, and staff log in through NIC's Parichay single sign-on. It also links to CGHS cards, Bhavishya pension forms, e-Sampada and iGOT training. When e-HRMS is down, logins and leave requests stall across ministries.

Questions
We check e-hrms.gov.in regularly and show the result with reports from government staff on our status card. If reports pile up from many offices, e-HRMS itself has a problem.
When employees across ministries report together, the e-HRMS server is facing a technical issue, and leave or claims will not go through until it recovers.
Login goes through NIC's Parichay, so a Parichay problem also blocks e-HRMS. If only you are stuck, try another browser and log in again.
Open e-hrms.gov.in and choose Login with Parichay, which is for official employee access with your government email ID. Officers on deputation use the separate Login as Deputation Officers option.
Login page par Forgot Password par click kijiye, apna email daaliye aur jo instructions email par aayein unhe follow kijiye. e-HRMS 2.0 ka login Parichay se hota hai, isliye wahi government email ID istemal kijiye.

Your ministry or department starts it. It emails the e-HRMS team with a point of contact, its places of posting and staff strength, then sends employee data in the set template. Once onboarded, each employee completes the profile on the portal.
