About E-Aasthi

E-Aasthi is the Urban Property Management System of the Government of Karnataka's Urban Development Department, where property owners in the state's towns and cities apply for an e-Khata. It is run by the Karnataka Municipal Data Society (KMDS) and was built by NIC.

Citizens sign in with a mobile OTP on the citizen login, while municipal staff use the department login. Bengaluru property has its own Bengaluru e-Khata portal.
