Answer: No Delhi Police issues reported in the last 24 hours, and it responded normally at our last check on 24 Oct 2026, 4:07 AM IST.
Our automated check runs from one or more locations and may miss in-app problems; reports come from users across India. We only call something "down" when users confirm it too. Here's how we check.

About Delhi Police
The Delhi Police website, delhipolice.gov.in, is the starting point for its online citizen services. From there you can file a Lost Report, register a theft e-FIR for property or a vehicle, view an FIR and track a complaint.
It also links the Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) and character verification portal, tenant and domestic help registration, senior citizen registration and the ZIPNET searches for missing persons and stolen vehicles. Each service runs on its own sub-site, and an outage on one leaves the others untouched.
19-day history
We checked 19 times over the last 19 days — healthy on 19 days. It typically responds in about 0.2s.
Dashed line is its usual 0.2s, measured over the last 14 days. Gaps are days with no timing data.

Questions
The Delhi Police status card here checks delhipolice.gov.in and collects reports from other users. If you are in danger, do not wait for the site. Dial 112 at once.
Each service sits on its own sub-site: Lost Report, theft e-FIR, the PCC portal and the CCTNS citizen services login. The home page may load while the Lost Report or PCC sub-site does not, or the other way round.
Try the service's own address again after some time. If the CCTNS login refuses you, reset the password first, as the login page itself advises.
Open Lost Report on delhipolice.gov.in and register the lost article or document. A digitally signed report with a Lost Report (LR) number comes to your mobile and email straight away. Keep the LR number to fetch a copy later. Use it only for things you lost, not for a theft.
Use Theft e-FIR for stolen property and MV Theft e-FIR for a stolen vehicle, both linked from the Delhi Police site. The theft page itself asks you to choose Lost Report instead if you only misplaced the item.
Register on the PCC and CVR portal, fill the form and pay online by card, net banking or UPI. The fee is Rs 350 for an individual and Rs 1,000 for an organisation, plus bank charges.
Field verification takes up to 21 days, and the PCC comes to your registered email. You need a Delhi address, present or past. The fee is not refunded once the PCC number is generated, so check every detail first.
Log in to the Delhi Police citizen services portal and choose Domestic Help/Tenant Registration. Do not use the PCC portal for this; it handles certificates for jobs, visas and licences.
Delhi Police site par Complaint Lodging kholein, citizen login banakar shikayat darj karein, aur baad mein View Complaint Status se check karein. Turant madad chahiye to online ka intezaar na karein, 112 dial karein.
On the Recruitment page of delhipolice.gov.in. Delhi Police posts the physical test (PE&MT) and document verification admit cards and notices there. The written exam for constable posts is run by SSC.
