The Aadhaar OTP step depends on Maharashtra's MAHA-IT systems, and CIDCO Homes posts a notice when that service is paused.
CIDCO takes preferences and booking payments only in a 15-day window, so finish them well before it closes.
- Enter your full name and mobile number on the registration site and log in with the OTP.
- Verify your Aadhaar with OTP and enter your PAN.
- Pick your category, add any co-applicant, and upload self-attested documents and affidavits.
- Pay the one-time, non-refundable registration fee of Rs 236 with GST.
You get 3 lottery rounds. In each round you choose 1 to 5 locations, with up to 3 tower and floor choices per location, but no more than 5 preferences in a round. That gives 15 preferences in all.
Rs 75,000 for EWS, Rs 1,50,000 for an LIG 1 BHK preference, and Rs 2,00,000 for an LIG 2 BHK preference. Paying it in the window makes you eligible for the lottery, and CIDCO refunds it within 30 days if you do not win.
Families with an annual income of Rs 6 lakh or less, who have no pucca house anywhere in India. LIG applicants must not own a house in Navi Mumbai. Applicants also need 15 years of residence in Maharashtra, shown with a domicile certificate.
Open Lottery Info on cidcohomes.com for the final list of applicants and the winners list of each scheme. Winners get a Letter of Intent (LOI) and pay the balance as per its schedule.
