About CheQ
CheQ, from CheQ Digital Private Limited in Bengaluru, is an app for paying credit card bills and utility bills. Each payment earns CheQ Chips that cut the next bill. CheQ UPI lets you scan and pay with a linked RuPay credit card.
The app also runs the CheQ Wallet, which you load with a credit card, and the lifetime-free CheQ AU Credit Card, made with AU Small Finance Bank.

Check the beneficiary CheQ cannot reverse money sent to a wrong account because of a typing error, so check details before paying.

Pay the card bill directly If CheQ is down near the due date, pay through your card issuer's own app or net banking to avoid a late fee.

Use another BBPS app Card and utility bills can also be paid through any other bill payment app on the Bharat BillPay network.

When the problem is yours alone, install the latest CheQ version and check your internet. A bill payment can also be refused when the biller or card issuer limits which payment methods it accepts.

If money left your account and the card still shows no credit after 72 working hours, email [email protected] with the transaction details. CheQ logs and investigates it, and refunds go back to the source account.
