Use a Care Health network hospital. For an emergency, inform Care Health within 24 hours of admission; for a planned stay, ask for cashless authorisation at least 48 hours before. The hospital's TPA desk sends the authorisation form.
A declined cashless request is not a denial of treatment. Get treated as your doctor advises, pay the hospital, and then file a reimbursement claim with the original bills and papers.
