About Bihar Bhumi

Bihar Bhumi is the Bihar revenue and land reforms department's portal, and it does more than show records. Along with viewing Jamabandi and Khatiyan, a landholder can apply online for mutation, pay land revenue and get a Land Possession Certificate through it.

Dakhil Kharij, the mutation process, is what brings most people here, since a sale is not really settled until the buyer's name enters the jamabandi. Applications and their status are both tracked on the portal.

It gets heavily loaded during survey and mutation drives, when whole blocks are asked to verify their entries at once.
