About Bengaluru e-Khata
Bengaluru e-Khata, still searched as BBMP e-Khata, is the online khata and property records system of the five Bengaluru City Corporations (South, North, East, West and Central) under the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA). The old bbmpeaasthi address now opens the new portal at gbaeaasthi.karnataka.gov.in.
Owners use it to get a final e-Khata by property ePID, apply for a new khata, amalgamation or bifurcation, move a property from B khata to A khata, and download the issued e-Khata. The portal also checks whether a property can be registered, and links to Kaveri for the registration itself.
