Banglarbhumi is the land records portal of West Bengal's Land and Land Reforms and Refugee Relief and Rehabilitation Department, maintained with the Directorate of Land Records and Surveys. Anyone can look up khatian and plot information, mouza details and case status there.
After signing in, citizens use Citizen Services to apply for mutation and conversion, track those cases and pay fees. Fee payments go through the state's GRIPS payment system, so a GRIPS or IFMS outage can stop payments even when the portal opens.
