If Ayushman Bharat isn't working

OTP not arriving? Use the mobile number linked to Aadhaar, switch network and try once more. On camp days the OTP runs late.
Card not downloading? Verify on the beneficiary portal and save the card for the approved family member. If the file stalls, retry later.
Hospital cannot find your card? Ask the hospital's Ayushman desk to check the record, then call 14555 from there if it stays stuck.

Often it is short downtime on one portal: card services run on the beneficiary portal and ABHA on the ABDM site, so check which one is failing. If nobody else is reporting it, the block is usually the record: an OTP that does not arrive, or a name that does not match.
