About Annapurna Bhandar
Annapurna Bhandar, also called the Annapurna Yojana, is the West Bengal government's scheme of basic income support for the female head of the family, at Rs 3,000 a month according to district administration pages. Existing Lakshmir Bhandar beneficiaries have been moved to Annapurna Bhandar, with a KYC step in some districts.
Applications run through the Family Level Data Collection Portal, socialregistry.wb.gov.in, maintained by the state Finance Department. Citizens log in with their mobile number and OTP to check application status and file claim grievances.

The status card here checks socialregistry.wb.gov.in and shows reports from applicants. Several reports together mean the portal is overloaded or down. If only your OTP fails, the SMS may be delayed rather than the portal.
A new scheme draws huge numbers of applicants to one portal, especially in the first weeks and around deadlines. Pages time out and OTPs arrive late under that load. Try again early in the morning or late at night.

Fill the Family Level Data Collection form. District offices say the form can also be downloaded from the portal, and it is available in Bengali, English and Hindi in some districts. Submit it as your district or block office directs.
District notices say existing Lakshmir Bhandar accounts were shifted to the new scheme. Some districts, such as North 24 Parganas, are running a KYC step for them, so check your district's notice before filling a fresh form.
