Jupiter is a Bengaluru based neobank app aimed largely at salaried, app-first users. It does not hold a bank licence of its own, the accounts sit with partner banks while Jupiter builds the app layer on top.

Users get a digital savings account, UPI, debit and credit options, spend tracking and savings pots, all in one place. Salary credit days and month end are its busiest windows, since that is when balances move and people check their spending summaries.

Refresh and update the app Reload the Jupiter app, update it from the store, and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Try a different bank or UPI app If one bank keeps declining, use another linked bank, and the same account often works in another UPI app if the issue is this app.
Never share OTP or use screen-sharing Jupiter never asks for your OTP, PIN or a screen-sharing app. Anyone asking is a scammer, so do not share anything.
