Withdrawal blocked for 48 hours A PIN reset or a login on a new device switches off withdrawals for 48 hours. It lifts on its own after that.
PIN or OTP not working Re-enter the PIN, then use Forgot PIN to reset it. For a missing OTP, log out and back in, and check the spam folder.

For safety, CoinSwitch disables withdrawals for 48 hours after you reset your PIN or log in on a new device. Wait out the 48 hours and try again. If the withdrawal OTP does not arrive, log out and back in, and check the spam folder as CoinSwitch suggests.

A deposit debited from the bank but missing in the wallet can take 24 to 48 hours to appear. If it does not, CoinSwitch refunds it to the source account in 7 to 10 business days. For a withdrawal, check your bank statement, then raise a ticket for the bank reference number.

Deposits are accepted only from the bank account registered and verified in your CoinSwitch profile. The account name must match the name on your PAN. Paying from any other account fails.
