If Binance isn't working

Check for a security hold A password reset pauses withdrawals for 24 hours, a 2FA reset for up to 48. If you changed either recently, wait for the hold to end.
Restart and update the app Close and reopen the Binance app, update it from the Play Store or App Store, and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Check before sending again Keep the transaction ID and look at your deposit or withdrawal history before repeating a transfer.
Make sure it is really Binance Log in only on binance.com or the official app. Binance Verify tells you whether a link, email, phone number or Telegram account belongs to Binance.
Check the live status on this page If many users in India are reporting Binance right now, the exchange has a problem. Hold off on repeat orders and try again later.

Look at how many Indian traders are reporting Binance on this page. A crowd of reports at once means the exchange itself is in trouble. Binance also publishes notices for users on its Announcements page.

It depends on what fails. If withdrawals stopped right after you reset your password or 2FA, that is Binance's security hold, not an outage. If a crypto or fiat deposit has not arrived, the Support Center has self-service forms for exactly that. When many users report the app or site failing here at once, the fault is on Binance's side.

Check for a security hold. After a password reset, Binance disables withdrawals, P2P selling, payment services and internal transfers for 24 hours. After a 2FA reset, the hold lasts up to 48 hours. Once that time passes, you can withdraw again.

Open the Support Center and pick the self-service option that matches: Crypto Deposit Not Arrived or Fiat Deposit Not Arrived. For money that never reached your bank, use Fiat Withdrawal Was Not Received. Keep the transaction ID handy and do not send the same transfer twice.

On the login page, enter your email or phone and password, choose the method you no longer have, and tap Security verification unavailable? to start a reset. Tick every 2FA device you have lost. If you have also forgotten the password and no 2FA works, contact Binance support through 24/7 chat.
