Check a stuck deposit or withdrawal before retrying A pending transfer usually completes on its own. Keep the transaction ID and check its status, rather than sending it twice.
Refresh, update the app and check your connection Reload the app or site, update the app, and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Check your login and 2FA If login fails, make sure your 2FA device and time are correct, and never share your OTP, password or any recovery phrase with anyone.
