If ZebPay isn't working

Update the app or use the website ZebPay's first fix for login and OTP trouble is the latest app version. Update it, or log in on zebpay.com instead.
Clear the app cache Go to Settings, Apps, ZebPay, Clear Cache, then try again. Reinstalling the app is the last step.
Check the SIM and DND Keep the registered SIM in the phone with the app, and switch off DND on that number so OTP messages can arrive.
Wait out a PIN-reset hold Withdrawals and coin sends stay locked for 24 hours after a PIN reset, then open again without any action from you.
Check the live status on this page If many users in India are reporting ZebPay right now, the problem is at ZebPay. Try again later instead of repeating orders.

Switch between app and website If the app fails, use zebpay.com on a laptop or desktop browser, or the other way round. ZebPay suggests the same when a ticket or file will not upload.
Trade while a hold is on During the 24-hour PIN-reset hold, you can still buy, sell, receive crypto and deposit funds.
