Best known for Coin Sets, ready-made baskets of coins bought in one go, Mudrex is a crypto investing app run for Indian users by RPFAS Technologies Private Limited. The company is registered with FIU-IND and started in 2017.
The app also offers spot trading in 650+ coins, Crypto SIP, USDT and INR futures, and gold, silver and crude oil perpetuals. Spot now trades in rupees through INR Spot, while Coin Sets and USDT Futures still run on USDT.
Rupees come in by UPI or NEFT/RTGS and go out from INR Funds to your registered bank.

Lots of reports here within a short time mean Mudrex itself has a problem, and there is little to do but wait. If few others have reported, the fault is more likely your connection, an old app version or your login.
The usual causes are an old app version, scheduled maintenance, and delays at Mudrex's banking partners. A banking delay holds up INR deposits and withdrawals while trading still works. If the app does not open, update it from the Play Store or App Store, or log in on mudrex.com in a browser.
UPI deposits can take up to 24 hours to show. Pay only from the bank account registered on Mudrex, using GPay, PhonePe or Paytm; Mudrex rejects money from anyone else's account and refunds it in 7 to 14 working days. If the money left your bank and still has not arrived after 24 hours, raise a ticket with a screenshot showing the UTR, the 12-digit UPI reference that usually starts with 5. NEFT or RTGS through Quick Transfer is usually confirmed within 2 hours.
A crypto withdrawal costs 2%, with a minimum fee of $0.5. The smallest amount you can send depends on the coin and network, and the app shows it. A bank withdrawal starts at $5.
Daily and monthly limits depend on your Limit Level. If you hit one, the app offers an Enhanced Due Diligence form to ask for a higher limit.
Mudrex says a delayed withdrawal does not put your funds at risk. Bank withdrawals are usually quick, but its banking partners or scheduled maintenance can hold them up, so check the status in the app and your bank statement before trying again. A crypto withdrawal cannot be cancelled once sent; if something goes wrong with it, Mudrex cancels it automatically within 48 hours.
