Mudrex takes support through tickets in the app, under Help and Support, and email at [email protected], and says support runs 24x7. Investors with $2,000 or more can ask for a callback from a relationship manager on Mudrex's Talk to a Crypto Expert page. As of now, Mudrex's support pages list no customer care number.
