Open your authenticator app, go to Settings, choose Time correction for codes and tap Sync now. Then enter a fresh code. If it still fails, contact support.

You can trade on the website, the phone apps or the desktop apps. Two limits remain: after your first INR deposit, crypto withdrawals stay off while compliance work is pending, and every crypto trade carries 1% TDS.

Sync your authenticator's time An OTP marked incorrect or expired can mean the app's clock is off. Use Time correction for codes, then Sync now.
Reset the password Choose Forgot Password, enter your registered email id and open the reset link. Look in spam if it does not arrive.
Reset 2FA yourself The 2FA Reset page on wazirx.com uses an SMS OTP plus your PAN and date of birth. Without SMS access, it runs a video KYC that is reviewed within 48 hours.
Give a withdrawal its time An INR withdrawal can sit on Processing for up to 3 banking days. Wait for the status to change before raising it again.

Yes. After the restructuring scheme took effect on 15 October 2025, trading came back in phases from 24 to 27 October 2025. All tokens opened in the USDT market first, while the INR market started with USDT/INR and added other pairs later.

The request reaches the bank almost at once, but the bank finishes it. A banking network problem can take up to 3 banking days, and a wrongly linked bank account up to 48 hours. Past that, chat with WazirX Support.
