CoinSwitch Customer Care & Support

CoinSwitch supports users by e-mail at [email protected], by support ticket and by chat in the app. As of now, its support pages list no customer care phone number.

CoinSwitch's round-the-clock help desk is part of its service for HNI and institutional clients. Other users write to [email protected], raise a ticket, or chat in the app.

CoinSwitch par support e-mail, ticket aur app chat se milta hai. [email protected] par apna registered e-mail aur mobile number likh kar mail kijiye.

Use the Raise a Ticket link on the CoinSwitch website. Give your full name, registered e-mail, registered mobile number and a subject, then describe the problem.

Wait up to 24 to 48 hours; the deposit shows once the payment gateway confirms it. If it still does not, the money is refunded to the source bank account in 7 to 10 business days.

CoinSwitch lists four reasons: a document saved on the phone instead of a photo of the original, a blurry image, a name or date of birth that does not match the documents, or a selfie that is not the account owner's. If all of that is right and KYC still fails, contact CoinSwitch by e-mail or chat.

The support route is the same anywhere in India: [email protected], a ticket or in-app chat. CoinSwitch's office for post is at Perungudi, Chennai.
