About Bank of India Credit Card
Bank of India (BOI) credit cards, including RuPay Select, RuPay Platinum, RuPay Star Lakshmi and Celestia, live in the BOI Omni Neo mobile banking app and BOI Internet Banking. Both handle the PIN, card limits, online use and bill payment.
Every card follows one billing cycle, from the 15th of a month to the 15th of the next. Points earned go to Star Rewardz, the bank's reward programme.

Check the charge account Branch-billed cards recover dues from the linked account on the due date. If that fails, the bank blocks the card until you clear the dues.

Get an instaPIN A Bank of India branch can issue an instaPIN when the app will not let you reset the PIN.

When a lot of BOI cardholders say the same thing, the fault is Bank of India's. Give it some time and retry.
When it is only you, check that online use is switched on for the card in BOI Omni Neo, under Manage cards, then My Card Services. A card with an unpaid bill also stops working until the bank recovers the dues.
Pay in the app, online or through BBPS.
- BOI Omni Neo: open My cards, then Credit Cards, and pay the due amount.
- Internet Banking: Credit card Payment under Credit Card in the Card services tab.
- BBPS: any Bharat BillPay app.
Pay at least 3 working days before the due date so the limit comes back in time.
The cycle runs from the 15th of one month to the 15th of the next. BOI makes the bill on the 16th and you have 21 days to pay, so June usage is due by 6 July. You can change the cycle once in the card's lifetime by writing to the Card Products Department.
In BOI Omni Neo or Internet Banking, go to Cards, Credit Cards, My Card Services and pick Forgot PIN for the card. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile, then set a 4-digit PIN. A branch can also issue an instaPIN for the card.
Call 1800 220 088, the BOI credit card customer care and hotlisting line, toll-free. Bank of India's round-the-clock line, 1800 220 229, can hotlist the card as well. If the card was used without your consent, file a chargeback by email after blocking it.
Apply at your branch with income documents. A corporate card also needs a board resolution for the higher limit.
Turn on e-commerce use in BOI Omni Neo, under Manage cards, then My Card Services. You can set the limit for each channel there, or in Internet Banking.
