The Tata Neu Infinity and Tata Neu Plus credit cards are issued by HDFC Bank with Tata Neu. They earn NeuCoins on Tata Neu and partner Tata brands: 5% on Infinity and 2% on Plus, with more on selected Tata Neu spends for NeuPass members.
HDFC Bank services the card through NetBanking, the HDFC Bank app, MyCards and WhatsApp Banking. NeuCoins are spent inside the Tata Neu app.

When only your card fails, check card controls: online, contactless and international use can be switched off. Change them in NetBanking, the HDFC Bank app, MyCards or WhatsApp Banking on 70700 22222.
Pay it like any HDFC Bank credit card: through NetBanking, the HDFC Bank app, PayZapp, or another bank's app using the card details. The bill and due date appear in the Credit Card section of NetBanking and the HDFC Bank app.
Check the earning rules first. Fuel, wallet, rent, government and online gaming spends earn no NeuCoins, and some categories have monthly caps, such as 2,000 NeuCoins on groceries or utilities on the Infinity card.
On UPI, the bank posts 0.5% to the card account, while the extra 1% for using the Tata Neu UPI ID goes straight to your Tata Neu account.
The RuPay version links to UPI. It earns up to 1.5% as NeuCoins on eligible UPI spends, with the extra 1% only when you pay through your Tata Neu UPI ID. UPI NeuCoins are capped at 500 a month.
