About PNB Credit Card
Credit cards from Punjab National Bank (PNB) run on their own card portal, PNB Cards Online, and the PNB Genie app. The same user ID and password work on both, for statements, payment history, PIN generation and hotlisting.
The range covers RuPay and Visa cards such as Select, Platinum, Millennial and the LUXURA metal card, along with co-branded cards like PNB Patanjali. RuPay credit cards can be used on UPI.

Confirm the card is not hotlisted A card you hotlisted stays blocked. Call the card helpline to ask for a new one.

Switch to the web portal If the Genie app will not open, log in to PNB Cards Online at creditcard.pnb.bank.in in a browser.

Pay by NEFT Send the dues from any other bank to IFSC PUNB0112000, putting the card number in place of an account number.

Pay at a PNB branch Cash, cheque or draft for the card can be paid over the counter at any PNB branch.

Check the live status and the reports from PNB cardholders on this page. If many of them report failures together, the Punjab National Bank card service is having trouble. When only you are affected, check your card, the app and the shop's machine.
A rush of reports from PNB cardholders points to a fault at the bank. Wait for some time, then try again.
If no one else reports a problem, check your card instead. A contactless tap works only up to Rs 5,000 per payment, and a card that has been hotlisted stays blocked.
Use PNB Cards Online through the Login link at creditcard.pnb.bank.in, or the PNB Genie app. Both take the same PNB Cards Online user ID and password. Genie shows past statements, unbilled transactions and payment history.

- Online: net banking, UPI or QR code through the Online Payment link on the card portal.
- NEFT from another bank: IFSC PUNB0112000, branch ECE House, New Delhi, current account, entering your 16-digit PNB card number in the beneficiary account field.
- Branch: cash, or a cheque or draft in favour of your card number, at any PNB branch.
- Auto debit of the minimum or total amount due.
Log in to the PNB Genie app with your PNB Cards Online user ID and choose PIN generation. The same app handles instant hotlisting and service requests.
Call the 24-hour card helpline 1800 180 2345 or 0120 4616200 straight away, and also email [email protected] to get the card hotlisted. The PNB Genie app offers instant hotlisting too. Do the same if you spot a fraud transaction.
For now, PNB RuPay credit cards link to BHIM, Paytm, PhonePe, Mobikwik and Slice only.
- Open the UPI app and go to payment settings, then RuPay Credit Card on UPI.
- Pick PNB Bank Credit Card and enter the last 6 digits and the expiry date.
- Enter the OTP and your credit card PIN, then set a UPI PIN.
