Raise a ticket on help.payu.in or email [email protected]; these are the first-level routes in PayU's own grievance policy. You get a ticket with a tracking number. PayU lists no customer care number on its site as of now.

Start with [email protected]. If the reply does not solve it, escalate to the Customer Care Head at [email protected] with your ticket number, the merchant's name and the date you first complained.

If the payment failed but money left your account, raise it with PayU directly at [email protected] or on help.payu.in. PayU resolves failed transactions itself. Complaints about the product or delivery go to the website you bought from, as PayU's own policy directs.

Every complaint gets a ticket with a tracking number, and PayU's grievance policy sets a time limit for each level. Keep that tracking number from your first ticket, since you need it to escalate. A failed payment is handled under the RBI's turnaround rules for failed transactions.
