About Niyo

Which number you need depends on which card you hold. Niyo publishes a partner-wise list on its own contact page because the accounts sit with SBM Bank, DCB Bank or Kanji Forex rather than with Niyo, and each partner runs its own helpline. Niyo's own team answers on in-app chat around the clock and on its email.

Have your registered mobile number to hand, the helplines authenticate on it and will drop a call placed from any other line. If a card is declining abroad, the partner bank is the quicker escalation.

Niyo and its partner banks never ask for your card PIN, CVV or an OTP on a call. Treat any request for those as fraud and block the card from the app first.

Niyo is an app, not a bank. Accounts and cards sit with a partner bank, either SBM Bank or DCB Bank depending on the product, with older products on Yes Bank. Your card and statement name which one.
In-app chat runs 24x7, and the partner bank helplines are also round the clock. Chat is usually faster because it carries your account details across.
Forex products are serviced by Kanji Forex on 080 6910 5005, with its own support address. Using that avoids being routed through the savings account team.
Write to the Grievance Redressal Officer at [email protected], then the Nodal Officer at [email protected]. Since the account sits with a partner bank, that bank's own nodal route and then the RBI Ombudsman follow.
Block the card in the app and call the partner bank's helpline at once, then report it on 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in. Reporting within three working days keeps your liability at nil under RBI rules.
