Niyo is an app, not a bank. Accounts, deposits and co-branded cards are issued by SBM Bank (India), DCB Bank or YES Bank, depending on the product. Your card and statement name the bank.

Ring the issuing partner bank's help centre at once and ask it to block the card. File a cyber fraud complaint too, on the 1930 helpline or at cybercrime.gov.in. Keep the transaction details and note the time you reported it.
