Kiwi supports users through Need Help in the app and by email at [email protected]. For card blocking, chargebacks or closing a card, call the issuing bank: YES Bank on 1800 1200 for the Klick card, PNB on 1800 180 2345 for the PNB KIWI Card, or AU on 1800 1200 1500 for the KOSMO card. No phone line for Kiwi itself appears on gokiwi.in as of now.

Open the Kiwi app and go to Need Help (also shown as Need Support). Kiwi also answers through its social media handles.

Write to [email protected] for general questions and support requests. Write from your registered email ID, since Kiwi only discusses an account with its owner.

The bank that issued it. Blocking happens through the bank, not the Kiwi app, so call the bank at once: YES Bank 1800 1200, PNB 1800 180 2345 or AU 1800 1200 1500.

First raise a concern on the payment in the Kiwi app. If that does not settle it, take the chargeback to the issuing bank, writing from your registered email with the date, amount and merchant name.

A complaint about the card itself goes to the issuing bank's grievance desk, and after that to the RBI Integrated Ombudsman.
