About Freo

There is no general call centre here. Freo runs first-line support through the Help and Support section of its app and through its published email, and only the Principal Nodal Officer has a listed phone line, on weekday working hours.

Quote your registered mobile number and the loan or account reference when you write in, since the same company also trades as MoneyTap and the two share a support queue. For a UPI dispute the app raises the ticket with your bank or NPCI, which is a different route from a lending complaint.

Because the published numbers are so few, fake Freo and MoneyTap helplines circulate freely. No one from Freo will ask you to pay a fee to release a loan or to install a screen-sharing app.

Freo helpline — questions

Freo publishes no general helpline. The number on its grievance page, 6361121526, is the Principal Nodal Officer line, which is an escalation contact rather than day to day support.
Write to [email protected] from the email registered on your account, or raise it in the app. Include your registered mobile number and the loan or transaction reference.
