Freo Customer Care & Helpline

Use the Help and Support section of the Freo app, or email [email protected] from your registered email. As of now, Freo's website shows no customer care phone number; the one line on its grievance page is for escalations only.

Raise a ticket in the app's Help and Support section, or write to [email protected] with your registered mobile number and the loan or transaction reference. Freo gives every complaint a reference number, so keep it for follow-up.

MoneyTap is now Freo, from the same company. Old MoneyTap credit line customers can write to [email protected] or [email protected]. Quote the mobile number you registered with.

Freo is run by MWYN Tech Private Limited, based at Sigma Soft Tech Park, Whitefield, Bangalore. Use that name in any formal complaint or notice.

First escalate to Freo's Grievance Redressal Officer; the route is on Freo's grievance redressal page. If Freo's levels do not settle a lending complaint, it can go to the RBI Integrated Ombudsman on its CMS portal.
