There is no phone helpline for CRED, the credit-card bill payment and rewards app. Its support runs through in-app help and email, and those official channels are listed here so you deal with CRED directly.
Keep your registered email ready when you write in. CRED never asks for your card CVV, OTP or PIN, so any call or message asking for these is a scam, whatever number it comes from.

The lender handles it, not CRED alone. CRED publishes the grievance officer for each lending partner separately, so check which lender funded your product and use their contact.
