Open the CRED app, go to more and tap support. Pick the recent transaction or topic, scroll down and tap contact support.

Write to [email protected] from your registered email. If support does not resolve it, the grievance officer takes it at [email protected].

Raise it in the app against that payment and check with the card issuer as well. Keep the CRED reference number to hand, and do not pay the bill again while it is being checked.

If CRED support has not resolved it, escalate to CRED's grievance officer from the customer care page. Your ticket must be open or resolved within the last 30 days to do this.

Start with CRED support in the app. The lender also has its own grievance route; CRED lists each lending partner's contact on its disclosures page, so check which lender funded your loan.
