Email [email protected], or raise a ticket from the Help Center in your Cashfree dashboard. You get a reference number by email, and Cashfree's policy is to reply within 10 business days. No customer care phone number appears on Cashfree's website as of now.

[email protected] is the support address. If the reply does not fix it, write to [email protected] with your ticket number; Cashfree aims to answer escalations within 5 business days.

[email protected] par order ID ke saath mail kijiye, ya merchant ho to dashboard ke Help Center se ticket banaiye. Cashfree ki website par abhi koi customer care phone number nahi diya gaya hai.

Ask the merchant first. If it does not respond, use the Report an Issue form on Cashfree's Customer Query Resolution page. It covers no product received, unauthorised or double charges, unwanted autopay and a failed payment with no refund.

Once the refund is started with the bank, it shows on your statement in 5 to 7 working days. Refund requests are not accepted after 120 days from the payment, unless the bank allows it.

Check the settlement date on the dashboard and make sure the beneficiary account details are right. Once that date is behind you, open a ticket and quote the payout reference.

If Cashfree does not fix it, or you disagree with its final reply, file with the RBI's Integrated Ombudsman through its complaint portal, cms.rbi.org.in. Quote your Cashfree ticket number in the complaint.
