Write to [email protected] for payment gateway problems or [email protected] for Bharat Connect bill payments, or raise it in BillDesk's online dispute tool, which gives you a ticket number.

Go to the biller or merchant you paid first. BillDesk's support page asks customers to contact the merchant with the transaction details for a refund. Once the refund is issued, the credit takes 5 to 7 working days.

Payment gateway queries go to [email protected], and Bharat Connect or bill payment queries to [email protected]. Quote the transaction reference and date.

BillDesk aims to reply within 1 to 2 working days. The fix can take longer when a bank, merchant or biller has to respond first. The online dispute tool lets you track the ticket.

Use the ticket number from your SMS or email in BillDesk's online dispute tool, which shows the status. For a bill payment, the biller's own site may show the receipt before BillDesk replies.
