Update the app or clear its cache An outdated Shine app can misbehave. Update it from the store, or clear its cache and sign in again.
Try the website and the app If the Shine app is stuck, try the website, or the other way round. If one is down the other often works.
Never pay for a job Shine does not charge job seekers for placements. Anyone asking for money or documents for a job is a scammer.
