Log in with OTP Pick Login with OTP and enter the 4-digit code. If the SMS is slow, use Resend OTP on WhatsApp.
Reset the password Tap Forgot Password, enter your registered email id and open the reset link Shine sends.

When many users report at once, the fault is on Shine's side. Its own terms say maintenance and upgrades can affect access, so wait and retry. If only you are stuck, try a different way to log in.

Your username is the email you registered with. If the password fails, tap Forgot Password and Shine mails a reset link. You can also choose Login with OTP and get a 4-digit code on SMS, WhatsApp or email.

Shine activates an account only after you click the link in its verification email, and there is no other way. Check spam for that mail, and register with an email id you can open.
